Israel Rangitaawa - Director & Architectural Designer

Israel has been involved with the Lockwood product since 1998. In 2007 he made the move to Coastwood Homes. A competent regulated and Licenced Architectural Designer, Israel is committed to design excellence and the delivery of first class solutions which combine innovation, imagination and best practice.

Katie McDonald - General Manager

Our General Manager, Katie, joined Coastwood Homes in 2001. With her extensive experience, she has gained detailed knowledge of cost-effective design and thorough site knowledge, making her an invaluable member of the team. Her primary focus is taking the information provided by our client consultant, Jenna, and using it out on site to ensure everything runs smoothly. In addition to that, she is responsible for staff training, making sure everyone is up to date with industry knowledge, and ensuring the entire team works together to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients. Her commitment to excellence is evident in every project she manages, and her dedication to her team and clients alike is an inspiration to all at Coastwood Homes.

Jenna Quirk - Client Consultant

Meet Jenna, a dedicated team member here at Coastwood Homes. With her passion for client satisfaction, Jenna goes above and beyond to ensure our clients’ needs and wants are met throughout the entire building process.
