Congratulations to the team at Seaside Homes, Lockwood Tauranga, who have been awarded Gold in the 2021 Master Builders House of the Year in the Carters New Home $1 Million – $1.5 Million category, (Bay of Plenty & Central Plateau region).
The Registered Master Builders House of the Year awards celebrate the very best in residential building. The competition is judged by a team of independent experts who visit the homes, scoring them against set criteria with a scorecard of a possible 2000 points. Gold awards are given to entrants who achieve 90% of the available points and judged to be at least 80% above industry standard.
