Official Terms and Conditions
1. COMPETITION PERIOD
Competition begins on 25/01/2021 and concludes 01/03/2021 at 9 AM. Only entries received prior to 9 AM on the closing date specified will be accepted.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be over 18 years of age to enter and be prepared to produce ID if you are the winner. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and common law spouse) and members of the same household of such persons, of Lockwood Group Ltd, their respective parent or affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to enter the Competition.
3. HOW TO ENTER
The competition is open to selected parties who have received a unique code via addressed mail. No purchase is necessary. To enter, www.lockwood.co.nz/weekendaway, fill in your details and enter your unique code. By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by the decisions of the Competition Sponsor (Lockwood Group Ltd), which are final and binding.
3. PRIZES
Three (3) Grand Prizes are available to be won by eligible entrants drawn at random. No substitution except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The prize includes up to three consecutive nights stay at one of four Lockwood holiday home locations (subject to availability). The prize does not include any travel costs associated with the stay. The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash.
4. PRIZE DRAW
At or about 10:00 am on 01/03/2021
5. NOTIFICATION AND QUALIFICATION OF SELECTED ENTRANTS
The winner will be notified by e-mail or phone. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact Competition winners using details provided on their entry forms. Should those attempts fail, or if the winner has not responded to initial attempts within one week, another winner will be drawn or selected.
6. GENERAL
All entrants consent to participate and co-operate as required in all promotional activities relating to the Competition. Entrants also agree to receive the Lockwood Lifestyles email newsletter (which can be unsubscribed from at any time).
All entrants agree to abide by the property rules for the holiday home of choice and respect the property in accordance with the rules. The Competition Sponsor will cover any bond required for booking the property. A valid credit card number will need to be provided by the Winner in the event the property owner denies the refund of the bond.
This Competition is subject to all applicable national and provincial laws and regulations. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of the Competition Sponsor, which shall be final with respect to all matters relating to this Competition. No correspondence regarding entries will be entered into with entrants, except as provided in these Official Rules. Communication will be entered into only with selected entrants.
By entering the Competition, entrant agrees that Sponsor and Competition Parties shall not be held responsible and the entrants have no right to bring any claim, action, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against Sponsors and/or its parent company, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, shareholders, successors and assigns in connection with this Competition.
