ELIGIBILITY PERIOD
Offer begins on 1/12/2019 and concludes 30/04/2020 at 4PM. Contracts to build any of the homes from the Cottages to Cosy Lifestyles plan book with the Lockwood Contractor, Lightning Homes, Lockwood Queenstown Lakes, signed between 8am on the opening date and prior to 4pm on the closing date, will be eligible to receive the package.
ELIGIBILITY
You must have a valid signed contract prior to the promotion close date and time. The appliance package must be ordered and supplied prior to 31/9/2020. You must be prepared to produce ID to claim the package. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and common law spouse) and members of the same household of such persons, of Lockwood Group Ltd or Lightning Homes, Lockwood Queenstown Lakes, their respective parent or affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to receive this package.
APPLIANCE PACKAGE
The promotion includes the supply only of a Fisher & Paykel appliance package, as listed below, with an RRP of $7,146 including GST. If any of the appliances listed are unavailable, Lightning Homes, Lockwood Queenstown Lakes reserve the right to supply a replacement appliance of similar value. Items within the package are not interchangeable. The package and/or individual items within the package cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lockwood Group Ltd and/or the Lockwood Contractor are not liable for any damage in transportation and delivery of the appliance package or any faults or product issues. The appliances will be supplied with Fisher & Paykel standard warranties.
GENERAL
If you are eligible to receive this package, you agree that Lockwood Group Ltd and the Lockwood Contractor shall not be held responsible and the entrants have no right to bring any claim, action, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against Lockwood Group Ltd and/or the Lockwood Contractor and/or its parent company, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, shareholders, successors and assigns in connection with this promotion.
