Coming Soon To Rotorua!
Small footprint, thoughtful design and proudly New Zealand made.
Good things really do come in small packages. The Ember brings together clever design, comfortable living and quality New Zealand-made products in a well-considered 70m² internal floor area.
With slight changes from the first Ember design, this two-bedroom home offers a welcoming open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, alongside practical, well-proportioned spaces that make everyday living easy. It’s proof that a smaller home doesn’t mean compromising on comfort, quality or style.
There’s another reason to feel good about this home. We’ve made a conscious effort to support New Zealand manufacturing and local suppliers wherever possible. From the Lockwood building system, manufactured right here in New Zealand, to locally made carpets and other NZ-made products, the Ember showcases the quality and value of buying local.
Opening planned for early 2027.
Come and explore the new Ember and see how much can be achieved in a thoughtfully designed 70m² home.
