Barry Illsley is Director and owner of Barry Illsley Building, starting the business 14 years ago. He is also the second generation to be involved in the Lockwood network for the Manawatu area and has built Lockwoods since he was an apprentice. He is a skilled master craftsmen, Project Manager and an Exec member of Master Builders.
