This show home demonstrates the next generation of Lockwood high-performance building and meets the new H1 Energy Efficiency specifications that come into effect for the building industry in 2023.
The house is themed “NZ Natural”, supporting NZ companies and locally sourced products, including our own Lockwood VG Pine, an eco-conscious choice, grown and processed right here in the Bay of Plenty. The carpets are NZ wool, and the curtains are supplied by Russells, another proudly NZ-owned and operated company.
The Lakeview will be open to view in Rotorua in January 2023
