Lockwood has been voted Gold Award winner in the highly competitive category of Home Design and Build services, as judged by the New Zealand Public in the 2021 Readers Digest Quality Service Awards survey.
The Quality Service Award is an independent survey Reader’s Digest commissions through leading market research company Catalyst. The survey was completed by approximately 1500 New Zealanders to determine which companies provide the highest level of Customer Service across various categories. Focusing on customer experience rather than customer perception, survey participants need to have interacted with Lockwood to cast a vote.
“We know the cornerstone of every great business is customer service. When we look for new customer service staff, they need to be friendly and approachable but most importantly, be able to listen and understand what the customer needs,” says Lockwood Market Development Manager, Sarah Smith.

Each customer’s requirements are different, but they all need to feel listened to, valued and have their home building journey go as smoothly as possible.
