Taking out the title this year is Tony and Sue dream home in Wānaka. Built by contractor Chris Fraser and the team, the Wānaka home captures as much light as possible and soaks up the stunning landscape the site has to offer. The Pavilion Design includes personal features requested by the clients like the stained glass window, a separate Airbnb dwelling and custom-made vanities and benches.
Tony and Sue will take home the prestigious title of Lockwood House of the Year 2020 and a Smeg kitchen appliance package.
